Goldsands Group, a leading name in the real estate sector, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Executive – Sales to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth by achieving sales targets in a competitive real estate market.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Lead, motivate, and guide sales teams across multiple branches
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
• Monitor sales performance and prepare progress reports for management
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Ensure alignment of sales objectives with company goals and standards
  
  

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  
  

Others Requirements

• Age: 25 - 36 years
• Gender: Male
• Training/Course: MS Office
• Area of Expertise: Marketing
• Additional Requirements:
• Minimum 3–10 years of experience in real estate or similar industry
• Proven success in managing teams and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Smart, confident, and target-driven personality
