We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and self-motivated Sr. Executive – Sales professionals to join our real estate sales team. The role involves selling residential/commercial properties, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through phone calls, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, follow up with clients regularly, and keep updates in CRM.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property visits with potential buyers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the inventory/acquisition team for updated property details.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM or sales records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and assist clients through the booking process.
- Experience: 2-3 years
