- Manage the procurement of all types of raw materials and ensure timely availability as per production requirements.
- Collect quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure competitive purchasing prices.
- Conduct local and international market studies for raw materials and packaging materials.
- Identify and develop reliable local and international suppliers.
- Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery performance, and reliability.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other procurement-related matters.
- Maintain proper records of purchased materials, supplier information, quotations, purchase orders, and pricing history.
- Monitor raw material price fluctuations and provide market updates and pricing information to management.
- Coordinate with Production, Store, Accounts, Commercial, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth procurement activities.
- Follow up on pending purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support cost reduction and strategic sourcing initiatives through effective negotiation and supplier management.
- Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular purchase and market analysis reports for management.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
- Experience: 3-5 years
