Key Responsibilities :

• Production follow-up and capacity planning.
• Materials & supply chain coordination.
• KPI data generation and reporting.
• Sewing, Cutting, Finishing & Printing plan preparation.
• Fabric requirement planning.
• Subcontract follow-up and coordination.
• Project coordination and implementation.
• Application development and process solutions.
• Monthly sales projection preparation and updates for in-house operations.

Qualifications

• BSc In IPE ( any repudiated Publice University
• Minimum 2 Year Experience in Planning in RMG factory
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, ERP or planning systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to process improvement.
