Job Responsibilities-

• Working on Capacity utilization to achieve maximum productivity.
• Monthly Material requirements planning, production planning, scheduling, and inventory control system used to manage manufacturing processes to make sure smooth production.
• Customer wise Brought In VS Forecast analysis and material allocation.
• Maintain MTS, A manufacturing process strategy where finished product is continually held in plant inventory to fulfill expected incoming orders or releases based on a forecast.
• Lead Different on going six sigma projects of continuous improvement program & analysis in DIMAC model to find ultimate solution. 
• Working with operation & applying industrial engineering tools to find bottleneck within the process in both dye house and finishing floor.
• Analyze Breakdown of Customer response time monthly & take effective measures. 
• Analyze OTC & OTD, find out the problem area & make action plans to mitigate internal customer demand. 
• Coordinate with production team for smooth process flow.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Monitor incoming orders & provide action plans to ensure completion on time.
• Prepare Contingency plan.

Requirements-

• BSc in Engineering (IPE/Textile/chemical/Mechanical) from a reputed university
• 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
• Same industry working experience will be an added advantage
