Job Description

 

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Executive, Performance Marketing to join our marketing team supporting both Jatri and Saafir. This role is suited for a performance driven marketer with experience in paid acquisition, email marketing, data analysis, and B2B lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will drive growth, optimize key marketing metrics, and support lead generation for new and existing markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok etc).
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Analyze data to monitor performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage acquisition funnels to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate high quality B2B leads for partnerships and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with content, and design teams to develop high impact campaign assets.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–3 years of hands on experience on performance marketing, managing paid campaigns.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong data analysis skills; comfortable using metrics to drive decisions.
  • Skilled in generating and managing B2B leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, Data Studio).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Self motivated, organized, and results oriented.
  • Travel, mobility, or marketplace platform experience is a plus.
