Senior Executive, People & Organization

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for a Senior Executive, People & Organization. The Senior Executive will spearhead HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and training programs. They will ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws, manage performance appraisals, and support the company's growth by aligning human resource strategies with business objectives.

• Expertise in HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations
• Experience in Performance Management, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Effective Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or professional HR certification is a plus)
• Previous experience in a logistics or service industry organization is advantageous
