Senior Executive or Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing Chemical Division - AOP/Placement Printing Chemicals

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify potential markets and customer segments for growth.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Visit factories and customers regularly to understand their needs and provide appropriate chemical solutions.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers.
• Monitor sales performance and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Utilize analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and sales metrics.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
• Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidates from Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX), Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), or other reputed institutions will receive preference.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing in AOP/Placement Printing chemicals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development and customer visits.
