The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, sales planning, site visits, follow-ups, reporting, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Educational Qualification
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Real Estate / Land Development / Developer companies is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Marketing & Sales of land, plots, or other real estate properties will be given preference.
- Plan and execute sales of land, plots, and other salable real estate properties to prospective buyers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate potential customer leads.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Arrange and coordinate customer site visits and provide necessary support.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Assist in sales forecasting, planning, customer motivation, and sales realization.
- Support and coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales, customer feedback, prospect response, and performance reports.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and support services professionally.
- Conduct personal sales visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective customers.
- Explore new sales approaches and initiate action plans to secure new business.
- Promote company projects, properties, brand, and other sales offerings.
- Maintain proper records of potential and existing customers.
- Ensure professional conduct and customer service throughout the sales process.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
