Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Industrial Engineering function, including Costing, Capacity Planning, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Data Analytics.
- Develop, implement, and maintain engineering standards, operation bulletins, line layouts, Kanban systems, and process documentation.
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives through method study, time study, work measurement, and line balancing.
- Analyze production bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Monitor engineering KPIs, productivity dashboards, and performance analytics to support informed decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering tools.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Mentor and develop the Industrial Engineering team to strengthen technical capabilities and operational performance.
- Support digital transformation and AI-driven manufacturing initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
