- Maintain and update the company’s websites, landing pages, course information, forms and other digital content.
- Implement technical, on-page, off-page and local SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
- Monitor website and SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and relevant SEO tools.
- Provide routine CRM administration, user support, data-quality monitoring, system testing and issue reporting.
- Coordinate with developers regarding website and CRM errors, updates, integrations and improvement requirements.
- Plan and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Design professional social-media graphics, advertisements, banners, leaflets and other marketing materials.
- Create and edit short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and YouTube Shorts.
- Support Meta, Google and other digital advertising campaigns, including monitoring leads, costs and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports covering website traffic, SEO, social-media engagement, advertising and lead generation.
- Support the UK Admissions Team with initial student assessments, document checking, CRM updates and university application preparation.
- Monitor application progress, outstanding documents and deadlines while maintaining accurate and confidential student records.
- Attend regular meetings with the UK team and complete other relevant digital, technical and admissions-support duties.
- Experience: At least 2 years
