RUBY MART is looking for a dynamic, creative, and technically skilled Senior Executive – IT & Digital Marketing to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, digital platforms, online marketing campaigns, social media presence, technology initiatives, and digital growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Technology
- Manage daily IT operations, hardware, software, networking, and user support.
- Maintain company websites, email systems, cloud services, and digital platforms.
- Ensure regular data backup, security, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Create engaging digital content, graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor website traffic, SEO, Google Analytics, social media insights, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular digital marketing reports and recommend improvements.
- Support lead generation, online sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in IT and Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising.
- Practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress/CMS, and Email Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Skills: Digital marketing, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads / Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, Email Marketing, Content Marketing
