- Implement and monitor employee and departmental KPI/performance management systems.
- Develop, review, and implement HR SOPs, policies, processes, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, MIS, analytics, and management reports.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Develop and implement innovative HR products, tools, and process improvement initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate worker/employee engagement, welfare, communication, and recognition programs.
- Handle day-to-day HR administration, employee records, attendance, leave, transfers, confirmation, and separation processes.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace communication.
- Maintain working knowledge of labour law, HR compliance, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Identify HR process gaps and support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
- Maintain the disciplinary register and investigation procedure against grievance.
- Experience: 5 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: hris management, human resources, hr management, human resources management, strategic hr, sap hr, hr policy implementation, hr policies and procedures
