- Conduct daily observation of overall shift performance.
- Follow buyer requirements and execute all processes in accordance with department-established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate with the Assistant Manager / Manager for confirmation of chemicals prior to use.
- Review the daily production report and take necessary steps accordingly.
- Provide machine-wise recipes as per the production program and follow up on urgent orders.
- Perform recipe adjustments when required and ensure the output matches the established standard quality.
- Check the pH of the recipe after chemical solution preparation and verify fabric pH at appropriate stages.
- Check fabric absorbency, hand feel, recovery, shade, and other quality parameters of finished fabric during the process.
- Ensure daily housekeeping of the working area and machines.
- Ensure work achievement, discipline, and a proper working environment among all shift personnel.
- In the event of any machine difficulty, inform the concerned maintenance team immediately and report to the concerned authority.
- Strictly follow company policies and all other applicable instructions
- Experience: 5+ years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: laundry operations, technical knowledge of garment production, garment industry knowledge, daily operations, daily operations management, textile industry knowledge, knowledge of maintenance procedures, garment production, quality control procedures, production processes
