About The Role
RDS Creative Limited, a leading interior solutions company, is looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Senior Executive – Digital Marketing. The incumbent will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, lead generation and lead management, and brand communication to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and increase brand awareness.
- Manage end-to-end lead management, including lead collection, tracking, follow-up, nurturing, and coordination with the Sales team.
- Monitor and optimize leads generated from digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand positioning and communication.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate content plans to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the Sales, Design, and other relevant teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, content creators, and vendors for digital marketing and branding activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital communication channels.
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
