Role Description The Senior Executive Design will lead and manage facade and fenestration design activities for a range of architectural projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gulshan and involves preparing detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings in coordination with project teams. The individual will collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to translate design concepts into buildable solutions, ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and project budgets. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and refining designs, participating in design meetings, providing technical insights on materials and systems, and supporting the construction team with design clarifications. The role also includes maintaining documentation, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in facade and fenestration design, including glass, doors, windows, and cladding systems.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD/BIM tools).
• Solid understanding of structural principles, building physics, and applicable building codes and standards.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to review, interpret, and prepare technical drawings, specifications, and construction details.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a design and engineering context.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to discuss technical issues clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Several years of relevant experience in facade engineering or architectural design, preferably in similar projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
