- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, Rules, applicable statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor compliance with buyer Code of Conduct (COC), social, ethical, environmental, and workplace safety requirements.
- Conduct regular internal compliance inspections and audits across factory, production, warehouse, chemical store, ETP and worker facilities.
- Coordinate and support buyer, third-party, LWG, ISO and other compliance audits, including audit preparation and follow-up.
- Identify compliance gaps/non-conformities and prepare, implement and monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAP) until closure.
- Prepare Training Calendar and organize Workers Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid, Security Awareness Training, etc.
- Monitor chemical management, RSL/MRSL requirements, ETP/environmental compliance, waste management, PPE and occupational health & safety practices.
- Coordinate with HR, Production, ETP, Safety, Maintenance, Chemical and other departments to ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.
- Prepare monthly compliance reports, audit status, CAP progress and management updates.
- Experience: 3-6 years
- Education: bachelor of science in environmental science
- Skills: labor law compliance, health and safety compliance, compliance and labor laws, employment law compliance, hr compliance, compliance & regulatory affairs, environmental compliance, compliance assessments, compliance management
