Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Product Development

Role Description The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Product Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Bacha Shah Nagar. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end product development activities, from concept design to final production, ensuring packaging solutions meet client specifications, quality standards, and cost targets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, procurement, and production to translate customer requirements into practical, manufacturable products. The role involves preparing technical documentation, monitoring development timelines, supporting sample creation and testing, and resolving production or design issues. The individual will also track market trends, propose improvements to existing product lines, contribute to process optimization, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients regarding project status and outcomes.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in product development, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong skills in project coordination, including planning, scheduling, and managing multiple development projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements and translate them into viable product solutions.
• Solid understanding of production processes, materials, quality standards, and cost control principles.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and interacting with clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with design or ERP software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bacha Shah Nagar and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
