Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure timely realization and collection of outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding due and overdue payments.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and resolve payment-related issues.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related matters professionally.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Prepare and maintain collection, credit realization, and customer service reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Finance, and other relevant departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of customer transactions.
- Support management in achieving collection and customer service targets.
- Assist in minimizing credit risk through effective follow-up and collection activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Credit Realization, Credit Collection, Customer Service, or related functions.
- Candidates with experience in the Developer Real Estate industry will be preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills: Credit Control, Credit Management, Credit Recovery, Credit Realization, Accounts Receivable, Debt collection, MS Excel & MS Word, Customer Service & Complaint Handling, Negotiation & Collection , Monitoring & Reporting, Real Estate Management
