Job Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS, management reports, and business dashboards.
- Manage sales, stock, and inventory reporting, including dispatch, reconciliation, and dealer stock control.
- Prepare product costing, budgets, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Oversee treasury operations, including payment approvals, bank reconciliation, LC management, and banking activities.
- Maintain fixed asset records, inventory aging schedules, and other financial reports.
- Calculate sales incentives, depot commissions, and other financial provisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, financial compliance, and adherence to internal control procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Prepare board meeting presentations, conduct internal training, and participate in inter-departmental meetings.
- Perform any other finance and accounts-related responsibilities assigned by Management.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years
