Senior Executive - Accounts and Commercial
Job Description
- Maintain cash, bank, purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare collection/payment schedules, cash position and cash-flow reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash.
- Prepare invoices, challans, receipts, vouchers and other financial documents.
- Handle costing, inventory and landed-cost calculations.
- Prepare management reports and coordinate with auditors, VAT & Tax consultants.
- Handle LC opening documents and review PI, LC terms, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Insurance and MTC.
- Coordinate supplier payments with banks, freight forwarders, shipping lines and C&F agents.
- Maintain proper physical and digital document control and ensure records are audit-ready.

Requirements
- BCom/BBS/BBA/MBA in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years, preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in import, trading, steel, logistics or industrial business is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of LC, import/commercial documentation and banking procedures.
- Practical experience in AR/AP, cash flow and bank reconciliation.
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books will be an advantage.
- CA-CC/Part-qualified CA/CMA is preferred.
- VAT, Tax and import accounting knowledge will be an advantage.
Salary: BDT 25,000–35,000/month + Performance Incentives
