Senior Executive

Responsible for end-to-end user support, ensuring the quality and readiness of new business pages before deployment, and coordinating with different departments for successful business process implementation and improvement.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel, Textile, or related subjects.
• RMG business knowledge is required.

Experience

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in RMG/Textile/ERP.
• Previous experience in ERP implementation is required.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of RMG business processes.
• Experience in ERP implementation and project coordination.
• Knowledge of BRS and FDD preparation/review.
• Good cross-department communication and coordination skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle Database.
• Knowledge of TDD (Technical Design Document) preparation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ERP implementation and customization projects.
• Collect and analyze business requirements from different departments.
• Prepare and review BRS, FDD, TDD, and process documents.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and ERP vendors.
• Support system testing, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Follow up on project activities, issues, and timelines.
• Provide ERP support and help users resolve system-related issues.
