Role Description The Senior Executive will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive business performance. Responsibilities include managing documentation, monitoring workflow and productivity, preparing reports for leadership, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves close collaboration with finance, sales, and administrative teams to support planning, budgeting, and performance tracking, as well as handling stakeholder communications and issue resolution. The Senior Executive will also contribute to process improvements, assist in implementing new systems or policies, and help train and guide junior staff when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in business communication, including clear written and verbal communication in English and local languages.
• Solid analytical and reporting abilities, with experience using spreadsheets or business software to track and present data.
• Experience in operations, administration, or business management in a corporate or SME environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and resolving issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
• Comfort with on-site work in Dhaka and willingness to adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.
