Job Overview
This role is responsible for managing service provisioning, partner support operations, and ensuring seamless delivery of network services to enterprise, wholesale, ISP, IIG, ITC, and corporate customers. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and customers to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Service Provisioning & Operations
- Manage end-to-end service provisioning, activation, migration, modification, suspension, and decommissioning activities.
- Execute MAC requests within agreed service timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with NOC, Transmission, Core Network, Field Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Validate service configurations and ensure compliance with technical standards before service handover.
- Monitor and track provisioning activities to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service configurations, network diagrams, and provisioning records.
- Provide technical support and operational assistance to partners regarding service activation, troubleshooting, and performance issues.
- Coordinate with partner organizations to resolve service-related incidents and escalations.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with partners to ensure service continuity.
- Ensure compliance with partner SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Monitor network services and proactively identify potential service degradation or outages.
- Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) for service-related incidents.
- Ensure timely restoration of services and proper communication during incidents.
- Coordinate planned maintenance activities and service upgrades with relevant stakeholders.
- Support network optimization initiatives to improve service performance and reliability.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, LibreNMS, Nagios, Cacti, or similar platforms to monitor network and service performance.
- Analyze service utilization, availability, and performance trends.
- Prepare periodic reports on service delivery, partner support activities, SLA compliance, and operational KPIs.
- Recommend capacity planning and performance improvement initiatives.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
- Skills: computer network operations, network engineering, it operations, it service delivery, knowledge of data center operations, service management, network capacity planning, network management, it support
