Senior Education Consultant

United Globals (est. 2010) helps students navigate academic planning, admissions, and international education pathways. We're looking for a closer — someone who can turn student inquiries into enrolled success stories.

What you'll do

• Own the full student journey: consultations, program matching, application support, and documentation
• Convert leads through one-on-one sessions, info sessions, and workshops
• Hit monthly conversion targets — this is a numbers-driven role
• Keep sharp records of every interaction and follow-up
• Stay current on global education trends and institutional requirements

What we're looking for

• A proven closer — sales, admissions, or consulting background where you were measured on conversions, not just activity
• Excellent communication skills (written + verbal) — you can build trust fast with students and parents
• Comfortable with targets, incentives, and being held accountable to numbers
• Bachelor's/Master's in education, business, counseling, or related field
• Prior experience in educational consulting or international admissions is a strong plus

Compensation

• Base: BDT 20,000–30,000/month
• +USD 100 per converted student (uncapped)
• +BDT 50,000 bonus for converting 5+ students in a single calendar month
• This is a high-incentive role for someone who wants their earnings tied directly to performance, not capped by a fixed salary.
