This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior District Manager at Renata PLC located in Jessore. The Senior District Manager will be responsible for overseeing district operations, managing district staff, and ensuring that company objectives and targets are met. The day-to-day tasks include supervising and guiding team members, developing and implementing district policies, liaising with stakeholders, analyzing sales and performance data, and providing reports to senior management. The role includes ensuring compliance with company standards and fostering a positive work environment to enhance employee motivation and productivity.

• Experience in developing and implementing operational policies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
