Role Description The Senior Digital Marketing role at ACPHS is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The individual in this role will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to strengthen the college’s brand and increase engagement across online platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and implementing online marketing strategies, monitoring web analytics, and coordinating digital content with academic and administrative teams. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance reach and conversion. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with institutional goals is expected.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience in planning and executing integrated campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and platform-specific optimization.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to improve digital performance.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Relevant experience in education or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, analytics dashboards, email marketing software) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
