About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketer to lead the digital growth strategy for two established B2B export manufacturers in the footwear industry, as part of a project under Nusabi Labs. Both companies are BSCI-certified, have 13+ years of export experience, and count major global footwear brands among their clients. One company is focused on the US market, the other on Europe — both are moving from an indirect, intermediary-driven sales model to direct buyer acquisition for the first time.

This is a strategic, ownership-level role for someone who wants to build a B2B growth function from the ground up rather than execute an existing playbook.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy to establish organic visibility for two export brands among international buyer searches
• Lead LinkedIn-based B2B lead generation, targeting sourcing managers, procurement teams, and importers directly
• Plan and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok — balancing lead-generation and brand-credibility objectives appropriately per platform
• Own analytics and reporting: track buyer inquiries, RFQ submissions, and lead-to-order conversion, not vanity metrics
• Collaborate closely with design, content, and development teams to align marketing strategy with a live 6-month website and brand build
• Deliver monthly performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated work in B2B or export-oriented industries
• Proven track record running lead-generation campaigns (not just brand-awareness campaigns)
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (GA4 or equivalent)
• Comfortable owning strategy independently within a defined roadmap and reporting cadence
• Excellent written English; experience marketing to international (US/EU) audiences preferred
