Job Details

• 📌 Position: Senior DevOps Engineer
• 📍 Location: Remote
• 💼 Experience Required: 4–5 Years
• 💰 Salary: 90,000 BDT – 1,30,000 BDT / month
• ⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time
• 🗓️ Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage, and scale high-availability workloads on Kubernetes clusters.
• Architect and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) with an emphasis on reliability and cost efficiency.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate environment provisioning and configuration.
• Build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software delivery.
• Enforce security best practices across secrets management, TLS/certificates, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Establish proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high system observability and minimal downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve complex networking, infrastructure, and deployment issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

🔹 Core Infrastructure & Kubernetes

• Kubernetes Mastery: Deep hands-on experience deploying, configuring, scaling, and troubleshooting enterprise Kubernetes workloads.
• Multi-Cloud Platforms: Strong experience managing AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience is a major plus).
• Package Management: Experience with Helm, Kustomize, and containerization using Docker.
• IaC Automation: Expertise in provisioning infrastructure using Terraform or similar tools.
• Security & Governance: Solid understanding of managing secrets, SSL/TLS certificates, IAM, and RBAC policies.
• Networking Fundamentals: Deep working knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, load balancers, ingress controllers, VPNs, and VPC design.

🔹 CI/CD & Deployment

• Proven experience building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Hands-on proficiency with GitHub Actions, Argo CD (GitOps workflows), or similar CI/CD tools.

🔹 Observability & Operations

• Strong experience setting up monitoring, log aggregation, and alerting dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar stack tools.
• Experience with incident management and root-cause analysis (RCA).

🔹 Personal & Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical, debugging, and systematic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
