As we continue to expand our ERP implementation team, we are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect, preferably in Odoo, to drive end-to-end ERP architecture, lead development teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role combines technical leadership, system design, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end ERP solutions aligned with business requirements, preferably in Odoo.
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring code quality, scalability, and timely delivery
- Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines
- Oversee custom module development, integrations, and system customization
- Drive system performance optimization and high-availability architecture
- Manage system upgrades, migrations, and deployment strategies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical blueprints
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical mentoring
- Ensure proper documentation, testing strategy, and release management
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
- Skills: odoo, technical leadership, erp implementation project management, erp implementations, erp modules
