Job Context

Solyntra Limited is the Dhaka engineering and operations centre for iNOM Pty Ltd, an Australian B2B SaaS CRM platform. We are hiring a Creative Designer to produce video, motion graphics, and paid social ad creatives for an Australian business audience. You will report to the Marketing Lead and work with a small team where your work goes live, gets measured, and gets iterated. This is a hands on production role, not an art direction role.

Job Responsibilities

• Produce short-form video ads and organic content for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads from brief through to final export.
• Create animated explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and feature announcement videos for the CRM platform using motion graphics.
• Edit screen recordings and talking-head footage into clean, captioned, platform-ready cuts with sound design and colour correction.
• Design static and carousel ad creatives, landing page hero visuals, thumbnails, and social templates aligned to brand guidelines.
• Develop ad concepts and hooks with the Marketing Lead, produce multiple variants for A/B testing, and revise based on performance data.
• Use AI tools (image, video, voiceover, script assist) where they speed up production without compromising brand quality.
• Maintain an organised asset library, templates, and brand kit so creatives are reusable across campaigns.
• Deliver on weekly content calendars with predictable turnaround.
