Role Description The Senior Counselor, UK & Europe Expert, is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka & Chittagong. This position is responsible for guiding students through the entire admission journey to UK and European universities, including counseling sessions, eligibility assessments, and program selection. The role involves providing detailed information on courses, institutions, application requirements, and visa processes, as well as assisting with documentation and application submission. The Senior Counselor will maintain regular communication with students and families, follow up on applications, and coordinate with university partners to ensure timely processing. The person in this role will also contribute to outreach activities, information sessions, and internal process improvements to enhance the overall counseling service.

Qualifications

• Strong student counseling and advisory skills, with experience guiding applicants to UK and European higher education institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex admission and visa procedures clearly.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple student cases, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of UK and European university systems, entry requirements, scholarship options, and relevant immigration guidelines.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools, CRM or student management systems, and maintaining accurate records.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field; advanced studies in international education are an advantage.
• Prior experience in international student recruitment, educational consulting, or university admissions is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and maintain a professional, ethical, and inclusive approach to student support.
