- Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Provide accurate information regarding student, tourist, work, and business visas.
- Prepare document checklists and guide clients in collecting the required documents.
- Assist clients with completing and submitting visa application forms.
- Review and verify documents according to embassy, VFS, and visa center requirements.
- Identify missing or incorrect information and assist clients in resolving documentation issues.
- Prepare clients for visa interviews and provide interview guidance.
- Monitor application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client applications and follow-up activities.
- Stay updated on changes in visa regulations, embassy requirements, and immigration policies.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle client queries and resolve visa-related issues effectively.
- Experience: 1-2 years
