- Recruit and counsel Bangladeshi students for higher education opportunities in Malaysia.
- Manage the complete Malaysian university admission and student visa application process.
- Maintain strong knowledge of EMGS, VAL and Malaysian student visa requirements.
- Assess students’ academic profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses and study pathways.
- Generate new student leads and successfully convert enquiries into applications and enrolments.
- Maintain a proven record of student recruitment from Bangladesh to Malaysia and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
- Review and verify admission, financial and visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate professionally with Malaysian universities, colleges, EMGS and relevant partners regarding applications.
- Maintain regular student follow-ups and accurately update leads, applications and outcomes in the company CRM.
- Support seminars, education fairs, social media campaigns and other marketing activities to expand AIEC’s Malaysian student recruitment.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: student recruitment, student recruiting, enrollment management, international student advising, strategic enrollment management, recruiting, international education
