Role Description The Senior Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chattogram. This role involves leading client engagements, diagnosing business challenges, and developing practical, data-informed recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting analyses, preparing reports and presentations, facilitating workshops or meetings, and guiding clients through implementation of proposed solutions. The Senior Consultant is expected to coordinate with internal teams, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. This position requires frequent interaction with client stakeholders, clear communication of findings, and proactive management of project risks and dependencies.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in consulting, advisory, or project-based roles with responsibility for client-facing work and solution delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects or workstreams, manage timelines and resources, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Chattogram, with a willingness to interact regularly with clients and internal partners.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Familiarity with standard business tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, collaboration platforms); experience with data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage.
