Role Description The Senior Consultant role at Visabee Consultants Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Senior Consultant will provide end-to-end advisory services to students, including counseling on study destinations, programs, and universities, assessing eligibility for scholarships and tuition fee waivers, and guiding clients through visa and application requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations, reviewing academic and financial documents, preparing and refining scholarship and visa applications, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress. The role also involves building relationships with educational institutions, staying updated on international scholarship and visa policies, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to process improvements and service quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in education consulting, student visa processing, or international admissions advising, with a strong track record of client success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex requirements clearly and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in analyzing academic and financial profiles, assessing scholarship eligibility, and preparing high-quality application documents.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client cases, meet deadlines, and maintain detailed documentation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, scholarship opportunities, and student visa regulations for key destination countries.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members, contribute to training, and collaborate effectively within a diverse, client-focused team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, International Relations, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bangla and other languages commonly used by clients in Dhaka is beneficial.
• High level of integrity, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive client service.
