- Help out in hot, cold, or pastry sections when needed.
- Guide and train Commis 2 and Commis 3 staff.
- Check stock levels, accept deliveries, and store items properly.
- Throw away bad or old food and track use-by dates.
- Keep the work area clean and wash tools after use.
- Check fridge and freezer temperatures.
- Report broken tools or safety risks to a senior chef.
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: diploma in culinary arts
