Senior Business Development Executive – Technology Sales

📍 Location: Banasree, Dhaka

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | 5 Days a Week

💰 Salary: Up to BDT 40,000/month + BDT 10,000 OTE

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team and drive B2B sales of web and software development services.

This is a business development and closing role — you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with corporate decision-makers, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.

• eCommerce Development
• ERP Solutions
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Corporate Website Development
• Custom Web & Software Development

• 3+ years of B2B technology sales/business development experience in the Dhaka market
• Experience in a senior business development or sales position within the technology industry
• Proven experience closing corporate clients
• Experience selling web development, software, ERP, eCommerce, SaaS, or IT solutions
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closing

This position is specifically for experienced B2B technology sales professionals. Candidates without relevant technology sales experience will not be considered.
