Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and expanding Dalupi Tech’s client base across targeted industries. Day-to-day activities include researching markets, engaging prospects through calls, meetings, and presentations, and collaborating with technical teams to shape proposals and solutions. The role also involves managing key accounts, nurturing long-term client relationships, and tracking performance metrics to meet and exceed growth targets. The Senior Business Development Executive will work closely with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and represent the company at events, demos, and client meetings.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation for technology or software services.
• Strong understanding of Business principles, market dynamics, and revenue growth strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills, including client-facing presentations, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proven Account Management skills, with experience maintaining and growing strategic client relationships.
• Experience in B2B sales within IT, software development, or related technical services is highly beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate client needs into viable solutions.
• Comfort working with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and data-driven performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
