Senior Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and analytical Senior Executive, Business Development to help identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO of Zencore Solutions Ltd. on business development, strategic, and operational assignments.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, business decks, and briefing materials on behalf of the CEO.
• Collect regular reports, updates, and required information from SBUs and different departments.
• Consolidate and analyze departmental/SBU reports and prepare comprehensive management reports for the CEO.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, KPI reports, business performance summaries, and analytical reports as required.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
• Support the CEO in business planning, strategic analysis, market research, and new business development initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, client, and business opportunity research and present key findings to management.
• Prepare business proposals, feasibility analysis, business cases, and other management documents when required.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submission of reports, data, and action-point updates.
• Track CEO-assigned action points and follow up with respective SBUs/departments for timely completion.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and ensure accuracy and professionalism in all CEO Office deliverables.

Requirements

• Education: BBA required; MBA preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in business development or a related field
• Expert in Business Analytics
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
• Strong presentation and preparation skills
• Strong reporting skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
