Position Overview

• Title: Sr. Executive Business Development
• Experience Required: at least 4 years in Business Development.
• Location: Shyamoli, Dhaka.
• Employment type: Onsite
• Office Time: 10 AM - 7 PM
• Working Days: Sunday - Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Sell SaaS, e-commerce website solutions, B2B solutions, and cloud-based email solutions.
• Deliver against business and pipeline goals, achieve the business KPIs and prioritize an outstanding customer experience
• Generating new leads through online communication and offline activities
• Updating lead/customer information in the database as instructed. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
• Attend events, market visits, and client meetings if required.
• Familiar with CRM software like Hubspot, Asana, Odoo, and others.

Requirements & Skills

• BBA or MBA in Business Studies.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, preferably focusing on Software products, B2B solutions, and SaaS/Cloud email solutions.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Have experience in both inbound and outbound sales.
• Experience planning, pitching, and documenting.
• Knowledge of communication and negotiation strategy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
