- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts according to client and company requirements.
- Prepare detailed interior layouts, floor plans, 3D designs, elevations, and working drawings.
- Select suitable furniture, fixtures, lighting, colors, materials, and decorative elements.
- Conduct site visits and supervise interior design and construction work to ensure proper execution.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Source and select quality interior materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories within the approved budget.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, material lists, and project budgets.
- Monitor project progress, quality, finishing, and workmanship at the site.
- Manage and coordinate workers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ensure all interior work is completed according to approved designs, measurements, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify design or site-related problems and provide practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, measurements, quotations, material requirements, and project updates.
- Ensure proper finishing and final detailing of all interior works before project handover.
- Stay updated with modern interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry practices.
- Handle all other interior design, site supervision, sourcing, and project-related responsibilities assigned by management.
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Education:
- Skills: interior design, interior architecture, architectural design, construction management, interior styling, architecture design, constructionmanagement, building design, site coordination, visual design skills
