Role Description

Student Consultation: Provide accurate information on study destinations (UK, Australia, New Zealand etc.) and guide students in selecting programs based on their career goals.

Application Management: Assist students in preparing transcripts, SOPs, and reference letters, ensuring all applications meet university deadlines.

Visa Processing: Advise on financial documentation and visa compliance while reviewing files to minimize refusal risks.

Institutional Liaison: Collaborate with Admission and Visa Operations teams to submit applications and follow up on offer letters and CAS/CoE issuance.

Student Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with students and parents, providing timely updates from initial inquiry through to departure.
