Job Description
ob Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
- Handle VAT, tax, and other statutory documentation.
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper financial documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, audit, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- BBA/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA (CC)/ACCA/CMA qualification or part-qualified candidates will be preferred.
🧑💼 Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel is required.
- Experience in VAT & Tax will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
