Role Description The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts in the apparel and fashion sector. This position oversees the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with brands, manufacturers, and sourcing offices. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, monitoring order pipelines, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring timely delivery and quality service. The Senior Account Executive will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and collaborate closely with regional and global teams to achieve revenue and margin targets. The role also involves representing Chargeurs PCC at customer meetings, industry events, and product presentations to strengthen the company’s market position in Bangladesh.
Qualifications

• Strong account management and sales skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing, ideally within textiles, apparel, or related industries.
• Experience in customer service and stakeholder management, with the ability to address client needs, resolve issues, and manage expectations effectively.
• Solid business development and market analysis capabilities, including identifying new opportunities, tracking industry trends, and contributing to strategic growth plans.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with international clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data reporting to manage pipelines and prepare account updates.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production and logistics.
• Prior experience in interlinings, fabrics, garment manufacturing, or fashion sourcing is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field; advanced qualifications or professional certifications in sales or textiles are a plus.
• Comfort working in an international, multicultural context; fluency in English and Bengali, with additional languages considered an asset
