Job Summary
The Seedling Production Executive is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the commercial production of high-quality vegetable grafted seedlings and flower seedlings under controlled nursery conditions. The role ensures optimal germination, grafting success, disease prevention, quality assurance, and timely delivery while supporting research, new product development, and technical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise vegetable seedling grafting.
- Manage flower seedling production (Lisianthus, Aster, Gypsy, Petunia, Pansy, Dianthus, etc.).
- Operate and monitor polyhouse and growth chamber conditions.
- Ensure high germination, grafting success, and seedling quality.
- Prepare monthly and seasonal production plans.
- Maintain production records and prepare regular reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Education: master of science in horticulture
- Skills: plant management, greenhouse operations, plant breeding, seed production, greenhouse management, crop planning, planting, plant care, horticulture, plant design
