Job Overview
Butterfly Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and proactive Security Officer – General Admin to ensure the overall security and safety of the factory premises, employees, visitors, and company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall security and safety of the factory premises, employees, visitors, and company assets.
- Supervise security guards and ensure proper duty roster management.
- Monitor entry and exit points, including employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain proper records of visitors, vehicles, gate passes, and security-related incidents.
- Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential security risks.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, rules, and procedures.
- Investigate and report security incidents, theft, misconduct, or suspicious activities.
- Coordinate with Administration, HR, and other relevant departments regarding security matters.
- Conduct and prepare training sessions for security guards on visitor management, fire safety, and security procedures.
- Ensure fire safety and emergency procedures are properly followed.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security & cleaning service attendance reports, bill to management.
- Perform any other security and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

However, the educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience from the Armed Forces, Police, Ansar, or other disciplined forces.
Experience Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in Security, Administration, Factory Security, Industrial Security, or a similar field.

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial organization will be an added advantage.

Retired members of the Armed Forces, Police, Ansar, or other disciplined forces are encouraged to apply.
