Security Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Fatema Metal Industries এ Security & Maintenance Supervisor পদে অভিজ্ঞ ও দায়িত্বশীল প্রার্থী নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
📌 চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ:
* কোম্পানির ট্রাকগুলোর সার্বিক মেকানিক্যাল কাজ ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ তদারকি করা।
* প্রপার্টির ভাড়া কালেকশনের হিসাব-নিকাশ ও কালেকশন প্রক্রিয়া পরিচালনা করা।
* সিকিউরিটি টিমের সার্বিক ব্যবস্থাপনা ও মনিটরিং করা।
* সিকিউরিটি টিমের দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম তদারকি ও প্রয়োজনীয় নির্দেশনা প্রদান করা।
💰 বেতন ও সুবিধাদি:
* বেতন: ২০,০০০ – ২২,০০০ টাকা
* কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য সুবিধাদি।
Requirements
🎯 যোগ্যতা ও প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা:
* সেনাবাহিনী/সশস্ত্র বাহিনী থেকে অবসরপ্রাপ্ত (Retired Army/Armed Forces) প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
* মেকানিক্যাল কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
* মোটরসাইকেল (বাইক) চালাতে জানতে হবে।
* দায়িত্বশীলতা, নেতৃত্বের সক্ষমতা ও টিম ম্যানেজমেন্টে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
