- Supervise, train, and deploy assigned security guards
- Conduct a daily briefing with guards before duty starts
- Conduct daily opening/closing security inspections and patrols
- Manage visitor, vehicle, and access control
- Monitor CCTV and maintain security records
- Ensure security during student arrival/dismissal and special events
- Handle fire and emergency situations, including evacuation and immediate response
- Communicate effectively with emergency Security & Safety services (Fire Service, Ambulance, Police) during incidents
- Respond to and report incidents and emergencies
- Submit weekly and monthly security reports to school management
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education:
- Skills: security operations, security management, security equipment operation, security training, security team leadership, security procedures, security compliance
