- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day security operations of the plant.
- Ensure effective access control for employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Monitor CCTV, conduct security patrols, and prevent theft or unauthorized activities.
- Lead emergency response and coordinate with law enforcement and other authorities when required.
- Prepare duty rosters, supervise security personnel, and maintain discipline.
- Investigate security incidents and submit reports with corrective action recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.
- Experience: 7-10 years
